Music Program

Music is a large part of the worship experience at United Church. The 9:00 AM service includes contemporary music, praise songs, video presentations and old familiar hymns.

At the traditional 11:00 AM service the 20+ voice choir joins the congregation to create and enriching and meaningful time of worship.

There are also special programs featuring the hand bell choir, which includes youth and adults, and utilizing other talented instrumentalists. We are always on the lookout for new musicians.

Choir practice is on Wednesday 6:30 PM; bell choir practice is on Sunday at 12:20 PM.

We invite you to join us as we sing, ring, and make a joyful noise in worship and in fellowship.

Christmas Opportunities

As Christmas approaches, the United Church of Huntsville encourages those who can't currently commit to regular choir participation to join in our special Christmas season choir. We'll soon begin rehearsals for a special performance in late December, and we'd love to have more joyful voices. Contact the church for information about rehearsal times. And remember that you don't have to be a member of the UCH in order to be join in either this special performance or in the regular choir!
